Here are some great ab workouts you can do on the mini trampoline.
Bounce on Your Butt
Sit down on the mini trampoline with your feet hanging off. Don't let your feet touch the ground. Now hold your hands to the side with your elbows bent at a 90 degree angle and use them to propel you as you bounce up and down, up and down. I try to do this about 200 times and by the end my abs are burning!
Sit down on the trampoline and hold on to the sides. Hold your legs out and then crunch them up and in at the same time bring your upper body up to meet your legs. Do not lay down on the trampoline and don't let your legs touch it during this exercise.
The mini trampoline is also great for bicycle ab workouts. This time layback on the rebounder with your feet extended at about a 45 degree angle from the floor of the rebounder. Hold your hands behind your head and bring your right knee and your left elbow together, then your left knee and your right elbow. Repeat this as many times as you can.
Leg Lift Crunch
Layback on the rebounder with your legs on the floor and fold your arms across your chest. Now lift one leg at a time while you crunch up to meet the leg. repeat with both legs.
Sit on the mini trampoline with your legs hanging off but not touching the ground. Hold your hands out to the sides and twist your body from one side to the other. Make sure you hold your your abs tight during this exercise and move in a slow controlled movement.
