Easy At Home Workouts
Easy at home workouts may sound a bit like an oxymoron.
But let's face it, some days the only way we're going to get in any kind of workout at all, is by doing a couple of these 10 minute workouts throughout our day.
You can target your abs throughout the day. Here's how.
On a boring conference call? Get down on the ground and do some pushups. Then sit on the edge of your chair and do some tricep dips.
Here are some more great arm and shoulder workouts you can do throughout so you can have defined arms that you will want to flaunt.
10 Minute a Day Workouts
My sister loves this book. She loves it because she has 10 kids and the only way she's going to fit in a workout is if she can do it in 10 minutes a day. I like it because I can combine all the workouts in the book to make it 2-3 50 minutes per week for a great full body workout.
Either way, fit it in when you can and you get a great workout from home.
My rebounder is the best piece of home fitness equipment I ever bought. It sits in my living room / office and if I'm having one of those days where I realize I'm not going to make it to the gym or out for a run, or if I'm just having a really bad day and need to workout some of the stress, I'll turn up the music and get to jumping on the rebounder.
Not only is it great for easy at home workouts, but my toddler also loves jumping on the rebounder.
Calisthenics, well they're not easy, but you sure can get a lot done in a short time as well as work up a sweat, get your heart rate up and put you in a better mood. Here are some of my favorite calisthenic workouts.
