My whole life I hated salad. I've tried it so many ways, and I just couldn't bring myself to enjoy eating salad. Until I came up with this recipe. Now I love salad!
Lettuce (whatever your favorite is, I like to use a combination of different lettuces)
Can of Chick Peas
Wishbone Italian DressingDirections
Mix the vegetables in a bowl, rinse off the chick peas and pour over the top, sprinkle the Gorgonzola cheese, add Wishbone Italian dressing, mix and let stand in the frige for 20 minutes. Serve with Italian or French bread, fresh from the bakery.
