Breakfast Shake - For after a run

This is one of my favorite things to have after a run. It always fills me up for hours and I feel great.


1/2 Cup oatmeal
Handful frozen berries
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1 TBS Ground Flax
Milk (as much or as little you want. Just depends if you want your shake thick or not)

Throw everything in a blender and mix till everything is blended. Drink and Enjoy!
