Baked Cajun Chicken Breasts

These chicken breasts are tasty and easy to make.


4 thin chicken breasts
Cajun mixed spice
2 eggs
bread crumbs


Preheat oven to 350 F. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and grease lightly. Beat eggs. Dip chicken breasts in eggs. Coat each side with Cajun spice and pepper, then coat with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with green beans or vegetable of choice.
