Turkey Burgers

I love these turkey burgers! They are so tasty and light!

Ingredients

1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
1/2 c Ricotta cheese
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 heaping teaspoon yellow mustard
1 heaping teaspoon horse radish
2 T fresh parsley or 1 T dried parsley (fresh is better!)
pepper to taste

Directions

Mix everything in a bowl, divide into 4 patties, brown each side, cover and cook until cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Serve on sliced french bread.
