Wishing I Was Super Mom

I don't have a secret...I just do it. I run 3-4 times a week, workout/cross train the other 2-3 days. If I'm in soccer season, one of my run/workout days disappears.

I usually sacrifice my spotless house for my workout time. It's totally worth everything. I feel so much better if I workout/run. It's more than a physical thing for me...it's totally mental.

It's a necessity for my daily life, and my entire family is happier and very supportive too.

Housework vs Running

I think that's what I did wrong last week. I tried to do it all. I guess I will have to go back to a messy appartment until I can afford housekeeping or my son learns to cleanup after himself. He already loves to get involved with the sweeping and dishwashing, so maybe having it all is not so far away ;-)
