An awesome DVD to obtain core and hip strength. The DVD is divided into 2 main programs and again divided into sections so that you can workout just certain areas. The DVD has a lot of material, a great value. I have been doing the programs for a while and have noticed a significant improvement in my running strength and time. I highly recommend this DVD to runners and to anyone who wants to get stronger.
