Cold weather runs w/ Kids

by Shannon
(Denver, CO)

I live right outside of Denver and it has been COLD this past week. Our good days have been mostly in the 20s.

I've been slacking on running with my jog stroller with my 2 girls (3 & 1) because I felt like it would be miserable for them.

Then, after someone was chatting about bike trailers,I realized how PERFECT bike trailer (the ones that convert so you can run too) are for cold weather runs.

I've run now twice with both girls in the bike trailer in normal coats, with a blanket over their legs. They are not only warm, but toasty by the time I get done. Wow, why didn't anyone tell me?

I can get back to my winter training now since I have a marathon this spring. Any other good tips for running with kids? I've found tons, but I would love to hear what you guys have to say :)

Preganent women can help if they want to know the tips and limit of running at that condition. Because very few women know about it and those who don't know sometime may lose their new coming child. Therefore, I must say it's good site to get possible information. However, I want best writer and i must pay to write my paper and i think for this purpose may i will take more time. Because i always go with best one.
