Home workout equipment is cheaper than a gym and lets you workout in your own time.

After I had my baby, I no longer had the convenience of going to the gym so I found some home workout equipment that I could afford and that wouldn't take up too much room in my apartment.

The running mom's home gym is what I put together to provide a fun, challenging, full body workout. The rebounder even doubles as something fun for my son to play on.

After that, if I get bored, I just change it up with some new workout DVD's, music or even some new workout clothes so I feel comfortable and sexy while I'm working out.
