I discovered your WONDERFUL site while doing a google search to find a running group in my area of North Scottsdale. I started running in the spring but now it is too hot at 115 degrees.
I am so disappointment that I have stopped all together. Therefore, I was searching for a motivating group of moms to join in the early morning hours (not my favorite time of day) or in the early evening when it is a little cooler. Do you have any suggestions?
I also want to say THANK YOU for all the incredibly HELPFUL information on your amazing site! I love your writing style as well! I am a begginer at most and love the energy that I gain from a jog.
I would also love to loose about 15 pounds and will be following your 3-4 days per week of cardio with rest inbetween and then strength training on the off days. Thank you so much for inspiring me!!!
