Inspiring Running Moms, Issue #001 -- Exciting Interviews with Running-Moms

Dear Running Mom,

Thanks for subscribing to Inspiring Running Moms.

I wanted to let you know that this newsletter will come out on the first of every month starting February 1, 2009.

I've got some really exciting interviews lined up with other running moms and I can't wait to share them with you.

In the mean time, I'd love to hear your health and fitness goals for 2009. My goal is to run in moderation instead of the all or nothing approach I've taken to running in the past. If I run 4-6 miles 3-5 days a week, I will be very proud of my success.

That's a moderate goal for me, but it might be something different for you depending on whether you're just getting started or whether you've done quite a bit of running.

I'd also like to work on my speed. I'll be updating my running-mom site with some speed drills, and I'll also focus the next newsletter on various techniques you can apply to increase your running speed.

Don't forget to share your goals with me. Just reply to this email and tell me what your fitness goals are for 2009 and how you would like me to help you reach those goals.
