Wishing I Was Super Mom
I don't have a secret...I just do it. I run 3-4 times a week, workout/cross train the other 2-3 days. If I'm in soccer season, one of my run/workout days disappears.
I usually sacrifice my spotless house for my workout time. It's totally worth everything. I feel so much better if I workout/run. It's more than a physical thing for me...it's totally mental.
It's a necessity for my daily life, and my entire family is happier and very supportive too.
