Many people don't know what I'm talking about when I mention working out on a rebounder. All it is is a mini trampoline.

Growing, up I had never heard of a trampoline but we always had its mini version around and loved to jump on it as kids all the way into adulthood.

There are all kinds of workouts you can do on this mini trampoline and it's a lot of fun. Basically anything you do on a mini trampoline is easier on your joints than if you were doing it on a hard floor.

Especially if you are recovering from an injury or feel an injury coming on, you can take a break from your running and workout on the mini trampoline instead. You can even set it up and use it to run in place.

Most of them are very portable, and easily stored in a closet or some other place out of sight until you need it. Then you just pull it out, set it down on the floor and begin your workout. And if you live in an apartment building and there are people under you, you don't have to worry about bothering them with the noise of doing jumping jacks or some other workout that makes a lot of noise on the floor.

And it is nice for my baby too because it is not high from the ground, I can even put it down on a soft blanket and let him bounce on it. And he loves to bounce!
