I find it helpful to keep the stroller pulled into your body. As we get tired, we tend to let the stroller go to arms' length and we then lean over a bit. So, keep it pulled back, elbows out and back straight; gaze straight ahead...
Also, given the weight that I push- I tend to really feel the extra pressure in my knees. It reminds me to check my posture and it also hels to shorten your stride a bit...
